With 20+ channels dedicated to peer-to-peer networking, project collaboration, vendor analysis and discussions, industry news, internal and external insights, career support and resources, the IA FORUM Slack workspace empowers members to stay highly engaged with the community - and aligned with the evolving priorities, innovations, and best practices shaping the digital and business transformation space. It’s a real-time hub for staying relevant, sharpening strategy, and uncovering ideas that give members - and their organizations - a competitive edge in a rapidly changing landscape.

The IA FORUM Slack Workspace includes the below channels.

NETWORKING

• Community Networking (Core, "C-Suite Council", "Women In Technology", Surge & Advisory Boards): A space for members to connect with their peers. Introduce yourself by name, job title, company, city & LinkedIn profile URL. Start chatting to ignite community collaboration and networking.

• Members In-Person Meet Ups: A space for members interested in meeting up with other members in their local area for coffee, lunch, dinner, or casual networking. Mention your city and that you would love to connect with nearby members.

• Member Personal Fun Zone: A space for members to share lighthearted updates on who they are outside of work. Post about personal (and professional) accomplishments, hobbies, travels, jokes, or funny pics and videos.

PEER-TO-PEER COLLABORATION & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

• Project Challenges & Solutions Discussion Forum: A space for members to share real project challenges they’re facing, so other members can provide ideas on how to solve x project roadblocks. Briefly describe the challenge so other members can review and reply.

• Best Practices & Members Advice: A space for sharing proven strategies, frameworks, and lessons learned. Share best practices that have worked for you or ask fellow members for advice on challenges you're navigating. 

• Vendors Discussion Forum: A space for members to share insights, questions, and feedback about vendor products and services. Share pros and cons, ask for advice, or provide tips on how to get the most out of vendor tools and services.

• Member Thought Leadership Content: This channel includes IA FORUM member Thought Leadership content. Browse, read, and download recent IA FORUM member Thought Leadership content.

• Job Board: A space for the IA FORUM and members to share job opportunities info - as job listings hot links, job ads from their company, and insider and word of mouth heads ups. 

• Open to Work & Available for Consulting Projects: A space for members that are open to new job roles or consulting projects. Share what kind of work you’re open to and include your LinkedIn profile URL - so other members can connect with you, and/or refer you to opportunities.
