Member Onboarding Experience
The IA FORUM onboarding experience is designed to help new members quickly integrate into the community and begin engaging with peers, content, events, and collaboration opportunities.
Following membership approval and registration, new members receive guided onboarding support, community introductions, platform access, and personalized member-to-member engagement opportunities tailored to their professional background, interests, and focus areas.
The onboarding process also includes introductions across relevant member groups, access to community platforms and resources, event participation, and visibility initiatives designed to help members establish meaningful connections within the broader IA FORUM ecosystem.
New member engagement begins immediately upon onboarding completion.
