OFFICE OF THE FOUNDER Jules Miller, Founder, Chief IA Insights & Community Liaison Officer, IA FORUM Jules leads the development and facilitation of the IA FORUM - ensuring the community operates with focus, integrity, and a consistently high standard of engagement. Her role centers on connecting the right leaders, shaping meaningful dialogue, and maintaining an environment where enterprise professionals engage as peers around real-world challenges and priorities. She also oversees the IA FORUM's membership evaluation and community curation process. Prospective members and Advisory Board candidates are selectively evaluated based upon professional accomplishments, leadership experience, industry reputation, subject matter expertise, community fit, and the ability to contribute meaningful value to fellow members and the broader community. For more than a decade, she has worked closely with U.S. & global enterprise C-Suites and senior-level executives across AI, intelligent automation, technology, operational excellence, and digital & business transformation. Additionally, Jules brings over 30-years of experience as a community builder, in-person large-scale conference producer, content producer, and media-media producer. Her professional background includes leadership and executive producer roles with organizations such as the New York Stock Exchange, CFO Magazine, Financial Times, IMG, IQPC - and clients such as Disney & Pixar Animation Studios, The People’s Republic of China, Microsoft, AT&T, New York City Marathon, Ford Motor Company, Home Depot, The Coca-Cola Company, JPMorgan Chase, ESPN, New York Lottery, HBO Productions, Estee Lauder, and others. This experience provides the foundation for how the IA FORUM is structured, curated, and continuously developed.
